Overview:
We are an ISO 9001-2015 certified Manufacturer and Suppliers of ACSR conductors, LT AB Cables and LT power cables in Electrical Transmission and Distribution lines. We have also another three Manufacturing and Supply units related to Electrical Transmission and Distribution overhead lines namely 8Mtr. PCC Pole, 9 Mtr. PCC Pole and Galvanized structure materials.

Unit Location:
Our Manufacturing units are situated at Suki More, Nabagram, Murshidabad, West Bengal. We have centrally located units and infrastructure in one area of 35 Bigha of land that helps us to carrying out our business smoothly. Updated modern machines for manufacturing of ACSR conductors, LT AB Cables and LT power cables have been installed in our units.

Conductor:
Phase of lighting conductor : Hard drawn Aluminium H2 or H4 grade as per IS : 8130.
Messenger Conductor : Aluminium Silica & Magnesium Alloy used as per IS:398.

Insulation:

Aerial Bunched Cables are mainly available in XLPE applied by extrusion process.

Colour Insulation:
Aerial Bunched Cables are mainly available in carbon black as the cable remains exposed in sunlight and scorched environment.

FR PVC Insulation

FR PVC Sheath is preferred by many customers over the XLPE Insulation in case the cables are to be laid in high population density areas. The sheath retards the propagation of flame in case of fire and also restricts the fire to a big extent. The FR PVC Sheath generates lesser smoke and keeps the visibility proper.

Construction:

• 3 Aluminium conductor, insulated with XLPE Insulation.
• 1 Aluminium conductor with XLPE Insulation (optional).
• One messenger Al-Alloy Conductor (Base or Insulated).
• Can manufacture as per customers requirement meeting the National/ International specifications.

1. QUALITY POLICY
Quality Policy is the statement of the management with respect to its commitment to quality of the system and product.
2. QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Quality Objectives are measurable targets set by the management to achieve Zero Defect while adhering to the Quality Policy
3. QUALITY MANUAL
It describes the Quality Policy of the company in detail and defines how the various processes are to be followed in the organisation to achieve the goals set in the Quality Policy and Objectives.
4. PROCEDURE MANUAL
The manual describes how each process is to be done to achieve the results and parameters laid down in the Policy, Objectives and Quality Manual.

This defines the product specification, scheme of testing and Inspection of the product to demonstrate the products conformity to Customers' requirements.

Work Instructions define the methodology of working and precautions to be followed.

Formats are forms that need to be filled by the respective departments and process operators to record the work done by them is as per the specified requirements.

Plant Standards are quality parameters laid down by the company to ensure consistent quality and conformity to product specification.
9. NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
ROYS CABLE PVT. LTD. uses various National and International Standards to meet the product quality and conformance requirement.
10. CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS
Several Customers provide their own specifications for Tailor made or specific cables that they need to be made to them specific requirement.
To further ensure product conformance and quality consistency regular up gradation of knowledge and skill is provided to workers in the form of on-the-job training to enhance their level of knowledge and competency. All manufacturing and testing equipment are periodically calibrated and records are maintained. In a nutshell we can put our quality system as:
